XRIDO industrial shredders are known for their “flexible adaptability,” achieving technological breakthroughs in handling mixed materials. The equipment adopts a dual-shaft independent drive design, adjusting the speed and biting force of the cutter rollers through a PLC intelligent control system, enabling simultaneous processing of multiple materials such as metals, plastics, and wood. Its core blade assembly is made of gradient-hardened alloy steel, achieving a hardness of over HRC60 after vacuum quenching. It can shear carbon steel plates up to 15cm thick and tear tough PP woven bags. The four corner blades are interchangeable, extending the service life by three times compared to traditional blades. Addressing the issue of flexible materials easily tangling, the equipment incorporates a spiral guide device, combined with a dual-speed swing-type hydraulic pusher, reducing the probability of material blockage to below 0.1%. In a waste processing project at a packaging plant, this equipment processes 20 tons of mixed waste (plastic film + metal buckles + wooden pallets) daily, with the crushed material particle size uniformly controlled at 5-10cm, improving efficiency in subsequent sorting stages by 40%.

The heavy-duty shredder demonstrates its “hardcore crushing” capabilities, specializing in large-sized, high-hardness materials. Taking the XRD-SZ SS-3000 model as an example, its body weighs 31 tons and is equipped with dual 160kW motors driving a 750mm diameter rotor. With its low-speed, high-torque characteristics, it can easily shred truck tires with a diameter of 80cm, 200L gasoline drums, and waste engine casings. The equipment innovatively adopts a modular cutter shaft structure, allowing for quick blade changes for different materials—an eagle-beak curved blade is used for metal processing, while a flat blade assembly is switched for biomass processing. The customization cycle is only 7 working days. In a biomass energy project in Thailand, this heavy-duty shredder processes 150 tons of coconut shell and corn stalk mixture daily, increasing the material density to 800kg/m³, significantly reducing transportation costs for subsequent incineration power generation.
