Scrap Metal Crushing Plant

1. Raw Material Feeding: Waste metal (such as scrap steel, heavy scrap, waste appliances, etc.) is transported by truck and conveyed to the pre-processing stage.
2. Coarse Crushing and Shredding: A twin-shaft shredder first shears large pieces of waste into smaller pieces for easier subsequent processing.
3. Fine Crushing: The shredded material enters a metal crusher, where it is further crushed into more uniform particles.
4. Multi-Stage Sorting:

The blade of the metal shredder is made of high-strength alloy steel, which has the characteristics of strong wear resistance and high strength. The differential speed between the shafts has the functions of tearing, squeezing and biting. It is professionally designed for crushing metal. The design has the advantages of uniform discharge, large output and low noise. The electrical part adopts PLC control, with automatic detection of overload protection and other functions.
The metal shredder mainly relies on the principle of "shear and cut" to complete the process of crushing solid waste. The motor drives the reducer to transmit the torque to the movable knife of the crusher through the knife roller shaft, and the knife hook of the movable knife hooks the material down. Tear, the blade of the opposite roller cuts up solid waste like scissors, and the crushed materials and pre-screened materials are discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
