In light industrial manufacturing scenarios, XRIDO industrial shredders have become the first choice for mixed waste treatment due to their “flexible adaptability.” Industries such as food processing and packaging printing generate large amounts of mixed waste daily, consisting of “plastic film + paper packaging + metal parts.” This waste is complex in composition and scattered in form, making sorting difficult and processing efficiency low with traditional equipment. The XRIDO industrial shredder features a widened feed opening (up to 1.5 meters) and an adjustable cutter roller gap design. Combined with a dual-shaft independent drive system, it can quickly tear flexible plastic films and shear hard metal clips, uniformly crushing mixed waste into 5-15cm particles. After introducing this equipment, a large food processing plant processes 15 tons of mixed packaging waste daily. The crushed materials can be recycled separately after simple sorting, increasing the plastic recycling rate to 92% and the paper waste pulping utilization rate to 85%. In heavy industry and resource recycling scenarios, the XRIDO heavy-duty shredder tackles the challenges of processing large, high-hardness materials with its robust capabilities. Waste car bodies and engine blocks from the automotive dismantling industry, waste steel bars and concrete blocks from the construction industry, and large pieces of waste and industrial slag from environmental disposal all require high-strength crushing equipment to achieve volume reduction and resource recovery. The XRIDO heavy-duty shredder features a thickened manganese steel welded structure, equipped with dual 200kW high-power motors and extra-large diameter cutter rollers, delivering a torque output of up to 1200kN·m. It can easily shred steel plates up to 20cm thick, scrap steel pipes up to 1 meter in diameter, and entire pieces of scrap agricultural machinery. Customized cutter sets can be customized to meet different needs: wear-resistant toothed blades for construction waste, flat blades for biomass materials, and eagle-beak curved blades for metal waste. Blade set replacement takes only 4 hours. In a construction demolition project in Germany, this heavy-duty shredder processes 80 tons of mixed concrete and steel reinforcement waste daily, achieving a 98% steel reinforcement recovery rate after shredding. The concrete particles can be directly used in the production of recycled aggregates, realizing resource recycling.
