Delivery site of 2 1000 scrap mixed metal shredders
On the ground of the delivery area, two mixed waste metal shredders stand side by side, with tough lines and silver-gray shells glowing coldly in the sun. They are designed for processing mixed waste metals and can handle mixed crushing of various materials such as scrap steel, scrap iron, and aluminum alloy.
The body adopts an integral welding process, with a compact structure and strong impact resistance. Each is equipped with dual 75KW motors, with precision gearbox transmission, and operates efficiently. A single unit can process 8-15 tons of materials per hour. The staff is fixing the equipment with slings, checking whether the bolts are tightened, and wrapping anti-collision cotton in key parts.
The feed port of the equipment is equipped with a grille to preliminarily screen the materials and prevent oversized hard objects from entering. The built-in wear-resistant alloy blades are arranged in a spiral shape and can quickly tear metal. Hydraulic oil drums, consumable tool boxes and operation manuals are piled up next to it, which will be shipped with the equipment to fully prepare for the customer’s production.
